Urological Associates, a practice focused on patient care, had a website that didn’t share in those values. Working closely with their team during discovery, I assisted in an audit of their brand and composed their user personas. With a diverse user base, we worked to create a welcoming, responsive, easy-to-use website that would connect with those who were in need of their care.
